For Game card / CDkey

Make sure that the card you returned has not been used. From the time you get the card, return time is available for 1 days.

For Gold

If you have not received any gold ,you can ask a full refund;If you have received a part of full shipment,you can ask a patial refund,for example,if you use $25.00buy 5000g with 3000g received,the ammount for partial refund should be (5000-3000)/5000*$25 = $10;But if you have received full shipment,you are not able to ask a refund.
